The jobs tab let you generate documents from the models. This tab is accessible to all users. Users with a ‘user’ role can only see activated models. Users with a ‘manager’ role see activated models and disactivated models which belong to them.
To generate a new document, you have to select the model and then click on the generate button.
You have to specify a name for the final document. The name of the documents have to be unique. If the name is already used, the previous file will be replaced.
If the model is based on a SAP BAPI, the
user will be then able to enter the BAPI parameters.
